Downtown Chico’s Burgers & Brew is a local favorite that elevates the humble burger with its own modern twists and fantastic sides. A huge selection of craft brews is also available to accompany burgers made with 100% Niman Ranch meats—though vegetarians and vegans can also substitute an Impossible patty, garden burger, or portobello mushroom in any of the hand-crafted burger combinations on the menu (with vegan mayo also available).
