Chico Velo Wildflower Ride (Courtesy Explore Butte County)During the Chico Velo Wildflower Ride and Festival, bicycle riders can choose from seven route options ranging from 12 to 125 miles throughout Butte County. All routes begin and end at the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds, and the event is designed for riders at all ages, stages, and abilities. The event kicks off each year with Wildfest, a pre-ride celebration, rider check-in, food trucks, and a vendor expo which is free and open to the public.
This event occurs every April, with early registration opening in December.
